Navigator Services

The Navigator Service is an Information, Advice, and Guidance service that works holistically with individuals to help them explore their options, access the right support, and find their way through the difficult and often confusing processes and systems that can feel impossible to navigate alone.

We are here to help you cut through the confusion, understand your options, and connect you with the right people at the right time.

The Navigator Service is provided in partnership with Community Living Well. For more information, please visit their website: Navigators | Community Living Well

What We Support With

We provide Information, Advice, and Guidance across a range of practical areas, including:

  • Housing

  • Benefits

  • Debt & Finance

  • Rights & Entitlement

Please note that we do not provide legal or specialist advice directly, but we will link you into the appropriate services as and when needed.

Who We Work With

The Navigator Service is for adults who need a higher level of practical support to address the problems they face, due to the impact of their mental health.

We are not a crisis service, and we often work with long waiting lists. If you are in crisis, please reach out to an appropriate emergency or crisis service.

How It Works

We are a short-term service, typically offering up to six one-to-one sessions over a period of three months.

During this time, your Navigator will work alongside you to understand your situation, identify the most pressing issues, and guide you through the steps needed to address them — making sure you feel informed, supported, and never alone in the process.

Our Impact

In the project year 2025–2026, our Navigator teams made a real difference to hundreds of people across London:

Supported 442 people directly with problems relating to benefits, housing, debt, and other issues affecting their mental health.

Provided information, advice, and guidance to a further 273 people by signposting or linking them in with other services best suited to meet their needs.
