How to become a SMART Member
You can become to be a SMART Member through your GP, Social Worker or any health professional. All they need to do is complete this form: SMART Membership Form
Criteria for SMART Membership
You need to have a mental health need and be able to abide by our core values.
What happens next?
Membership is flexible and does not require a formal induction. However, if you would like to meet with a member of staff, you are welcome to request a short welcome appointment.
Once you have joined SMART, you are free to attend activities in a way that suits you (see the Attendance section for more information).
When you first attend SMART, you will:
Receive your Handbook & SMART Membership Card
Have the option to join our mailing lists to stay informed about activities and updates
You are also welcome to come to SMART on a Monday between 10am-4pm to collect your handbook and membership card. Someone will be there to answer any questions you have.
