Based in our peaceful garden at SMART, our popular Floristry Project offers members training and volunteering opportunities. Aside from providing a first step into floristry, the project also provides members with the opportunity to have fun, build confidence, and simply enjoy working with plants and flowers.
There are 2 floristry courses held each year at SMART. The courses come with an in-house certificate and teach members to prepare flowers and create various types of bouquets and arrangements.
Based in Chelsea and Westminster Hospital’s main foyer since 2002, the SMART flower stall provides an opportunity for students to see their work on sale, in the knowledge that all profits made from our floristry stall and bespoke arrangements help fund SMART and ensure even more people can benefit from our services.
The stall also provides members with the opportunity for volunteering.
The stall can be found Monday to Friday, 11am to 3:00pm in the Atrium of Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.
