Drop in services

Café – Breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks are served from 10:00 – 16:00. We offer paid, voluntary and training positions in the kitchen and on the counter. There is always a healthy option and our chefs keep up-to-date with what food is good for mental health. The café hosts a variety of taster sessions and workshops – from yoga to art - that are open to all. Just check our calendar for upcoming events. Lunch vouchers – we provide lunch to clients presenting a voucher and bill the service provider later! If you are a service provider and would like to set up a lunch voucher arrangement then you can find full details here and are welcome to email smartfinance@btconnect.com

Music on Thursdays – an open music session run by Sarah and Gary in partnership with
Nordoff Robbins. The highlight of our week! Come along from 14:00 – 16:00 and see for yourself just how good it is.

Clubs – run in locations throughout the borough and costing just £1 for entry, food and drink (not to mention a whole host of activities and trips). See the calendar for more details.

Advocacy – run by

Pharmacy group – a quarterly group run jointly by Paul Woodruff from Willow and the hospital pharmacists where anyone can ask questions about medication. Email
